What does the client pay on top of the management fee?
Clients receive a single monthly invoice from Prospect that covers everything: the rep's salary, employer costs, statutory benefits, bonuses, commissions agreed upon during hiring, and the Prospect management fee. One invoice, full transparency, no surprises.
What is the one-time recruitment fee and what does it cover?
The recruitment fee covers the full hiring process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks. It is a flat fee paid once per hire. Work From Home placements are $399. Office-based placements (open space or private office) are $199.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can terminate at any time with no penalties. We believe in earning your business through performance, not locking you in.
What is included in the monthly management fee?
The management fee covers recruiting support, background check, laptop, HR administration, payroll processing, compliance, and either work-from-home support or a dedicated office space depending on your plan. Salary and commissions are separate and paid directly by the client.
Who manages the offshore staff day to day?
You do. Your offshore staff work exclusively for your team, follows your processes, and reports to your management. Prospect handles the operational infrastructure so you can stay focused on coaching and performance.
What happens if a rep leaves or doesn't work out?
Prospect will source and replace the rep. Replacement terms are agreed upon at the time of engagement. Our recruiting process is designed to minimize early attrition through rigorous vetting and cultural fit assessment.
How quickly can I get a rep up and running?
Most clients have a vetted candidate within 7 to 14 business days of engagement. Onboarding and ramp time will depend on your training process and the complexity of the role.
