We are looking for a driven, high-activity Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a front-line revenue role. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and targeted account research. You are not waiting for leads to come to you. You are building pipeline from scratch and booking qualified meetings for a team of senior Account Executives.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold email, phone, and LinkedIn to target accounts within a defined ICP
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate AE based on fit criteria
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce or HubSpot daily
- Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach at scale
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and contribute to messaging iteration
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked, show rate, and pipeline generated
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to hit activity targets and pipeline metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a direct, confident style
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo is a plus
- Self-directed with the ability to manage time and priorities independently in a remote environment
