About the Role

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to sit at the center of our go-to-market engine. This is not a support role. You own the infrastructure that the entire revenue team runs on: CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, forecasting accuracy, tech stack performance, and process optimization across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You are the person who sees what the data is actually saying when everyone else is guessing. You build the dashboards that drive decisions, identify the friction points slowing down the pipeline, and implement the fixes before they become problems. You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a Salesforce workflow builder, and a leadership meeting presenting findings to the VP of Sales.

This role reports directly to the CRO and has significant influence over how the company scales its revenue infrastructure over the next 24 months.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full Salesforce CRM architecture including pipeline stages, fields, workflows, automations, and data hygiene standards
  • Build and maintain executive-level revenue dashboards covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, ramp performance, and quota attainment
  • Manage the full go-to-market tech stack including sales engagement tools, intent data platforms, enrichment tools, and BI integrations
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and enforce a consistent sales process across all segments and team members
  • Run weekly forecast calls and provide data-driven pipeline analysis to the CRO and VP of Sales
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and own the implementation of process improvements end to end
  • Support territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning with clean data and scenario modeling
  • Onboard new sales hires onto CRM and tooling with documented training materials and structured walkthroughs
  • Partner with marketing on lead routing, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or vendors as the tech stack needs evolve

What We Are Looking For

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related analytical role
  • Deep Salesforce expertise including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong asset.
  • Hands-on experience managing a B2B go-to-market tech stack including tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Looker, or equivalents
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret pipeline data, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Experience supporting a sales org of 20 or more reps across multiple segments
  • Comfortable presenting data and process recommendations to senior leadership
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

What You Get

  • Competitive base salary with annual performance bonus
  • Hybrid schedule with two days per week in a modern Chicago Loop office
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k with company match
  • Direct access to CRO with a meaningful seat at the go-to-market leadership table
  • Budget and authority to evaluate and implement new tools without layers of approval
  • Clear path to Senior RevOps Manager or VP of Revenue Operations within 24 months
  • Annual professional development budget for certifications, conferences, and training

Why This Role

This company is at an inflection point. The sales team is scaling, the product has strong retention metrics, and the leadership team is serious about building a data-driven revenue culture. The RevOps function has significant room to grow and the person in this seat will shape how it gets built. If you want to own something real, work directly with senior leadership, and build the operational foundation of a scaling B2B company, this is the role to do it in.
