We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Austin office and own a book of small to mid-market accounts across the technology and professional services sectors. This is a high-activity, high-reward role. You are running the full sales cycle on deals with shorter timelines, managing a large number of active opportunities simultaneously, and closing business consistently every month.
Austin is one of our core growth markets. You will be working alongside a sharp, competitive team in a hybrid environment that balances in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work from home. This role is ideal for someone with one to three years of closing experience who wants to step into a higher-volume environment, sharpen their skills, and build toward a mid-market or enterprise AE seat.
What You Will Do
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline of 60 to 80 active opportunities across small and mid-market accounts
- Run discovery, demo, and closing calls independently with business owners, operations managers, and department heads
- Execute inbound lead follow-up with speed and discipline, contacting new leads within defined SLA windows
- Prospect into assigned accounts to expand pipeline beyond inbound volume
- Deliver product demos tailored to specific business use cases and buyer pain points
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and drive deals to close within short sales cycles of 14 to 30 days
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in HubSpot daily
- Collaborate with the SDR team to refine outbound messaging and improve lead quality
- Meet and exceed monthly closing targets and activity benchmarks
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and close deals consistently
- Strong phone presence and video call confidence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with short sales cycles and a high-cadence work environment
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM
- Familiarity with the Austin business community or Texas market is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a competitive mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
What You Get
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and monthly accelerators
- Hybrid schedule with two to three days in a modern Austin office and flexible remote days
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k
- Dedicated onboarding program with a structured 30/60/90 ramp plan
- Weekly sales coaching from senior leadership
- Clear promotion path to Mid-Market AE within 12 to 18 months
- Company-sponsored team events and a high-energy office culture in downtown Austin
Why This Role
Austin's B2B market is one of the fastest-growing in the country and this company is positioned squarely in the middle of it. The inbound volume is strong, the product sells well in the market, and the team is tight. If you want to sharpen your closing skills in a high-volume environment, earn real commission, and build toward a larger enterprise role, this seat puts you in the right room with the right support to do it.
