About the Role
We are hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to join our Fort Lauderdale sales team. This is a full-cycle closing role. You will own deals from first discovery call through signed contract, working a defined territory of mid-market accounts across financial services, insurance, and professional services verticals.
You are not an order taker. You run a disciplined sales process, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and know how to create urgency without burning relationships. You have closed B2B deals before, you know what good looks like, and you are ready to do it at a company with real product-market fit and a strong support system behind you.
What You Will Do
- Own a defined territory of mid-market accounts and manage a pipeline of 30 to 50 active opportunities at any given time
- Run discovery, demo, and closing calls with decision makers at the director and VP level
- Build multi-threaded relationships across procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders within target accounts
- Develop account plans for strategic opportunities and execute against them with discipline
- Collaborate with SDRs to refine outbound targeting and improve top-of-funnel conversion
- Negotiate contracts, manage procurement timelines, and drive deals to close with a structured process
- Maintain clean pipeline data and accurate forecasting in Salesforce weekly
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience running full-cycle deals in a mid-market segment with average deal values of $25,000 to $150,000
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to connect product value to business outcomes
- Comfortable selling to director and VP-level buyers across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
- South Florida market knowledge or existing professional network is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
